SEIDP Renewable Energy Project Management Workshop, Nadi, Fiji (23-27 September)

The Renewable Energy Project Management workshop under the SEIDP, was held in Nadi from the 23 to 27 September 2019 and was attended by representatives from the utilities currently involved in Renewable Projects. The workshop was facilitated by the consultants from the Auckland University who have been contracted by PPA to undertake this activity. The main objective of the workshop was to allow to train the participants from each of the World Bank member country utilities on the fundamentals of Renewable Energy Project Management. The workshop covered the following subject areas Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Controls and Procurement and Contract Management.
