Ensure you inform the reservations team that you will be attending the PPA Conference and Trade Exhibition as the special rates offered for the conference are listed below.

Town View Room $130USD per night

Bay/Rock Island View Room $150USD per night

All rates are inclusive of tax and daily breakfast, subject to single or double occupancy. Additional person (extra bed) is at $50net, with breakfast. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.

TRANSPORTATION: Pick-up and drop-off service is available, subject to US$17.00 net/ per person per way between 6:00am until 10:00pm. US$23.00 net/pax per way between 10:00pm until 6.00am. Advance reservation is required.

Individuals are responsible for making their own reservations. Reservations will not be confirmed without a credit card guarantee or deposit.

NOTE:  To all delegates that have confirmed their participation at the 32^nd PPA Annual Conference and Trade Exhibition, please make your accommodation and airport transfers bookings at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment. We request to also to fill in the accommodation and travel form for reference to ensure transport is provided between your individual hotels to the conference venue and back.
