AIRPORT TRANSFER
Pick up and drop off service is available, subject to US$15 net/per person per way between 6am until 10pm. US$20 net/pax per way between 10pm until 6am. Advance reservation is required.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME
* The Hotel’s check in time is 3pm and check out is 12 noon.
* Late Check Out: Is subject to 50% of the room rate from 1pm till 6pm. Additional one (1) night charged applies after 6pm. This is subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be made at least three days (3) prior to arrival date without any penalty fee.
PAYMENT
If the guest pays on his own, we do not need a deposit or credit card, we usually collect that information or deposit upon arrival. However, if charges are to be paid by third party, we will send credit card authorization form that has to be filled up, signed and sent back. After we apply payments to all charges, we will send actual invoices and cc receipt to the third party for their reference.
