BOOKING & CANCELLATION:-
- All bookings must be made in writing either via fax or email. A group booking code will be assigned to your group
- At the time of booking, a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking
- Cancellations received within 0-7 days will incur full cancellation fees
- All NO SHOWS will incur full cancelation fees
- Group booking and cancellation policy varies and depend on size of the group and season of travel
TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
Corporate rates are provided subject to The Edgewater Resort & Spa Credit Policies are subject to a satisfactory payment record in the Edgewater Resort & Spa’s sole judgment
Payment in the form of cleared funds is required in full 30 days prior to group arrival, unless prior credit has been arranged with the Resort
Credit arrangements are only valid for the current contract year and must be re-applied for accordingly
Payments can be made by telegraphic transfer to the Edgewater Resort & Spa’s Bank account in Rarotonga, Cook Islands

Guest shall submit credit card details as hotel guarantee for reservations and cancellation charges.
