This will once again be a key highlight of the conference. This year, the Trade Exhibition will take place at the Crowne Plaza Fiji Resort & Spa. A total of 47 booths will be available, and these will be allocated on a first\u2011come, first\u2011served basis to the first 47 registrations. Allied Members who wish to have a table will be given the opportunity to select their table, based on this plan. Table selection will be updated on the PPA website regularly.<\/p>\n

Trade Exhibition Fees:<\/strong> No charge for a trade exhibition table.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address in Fiji:<\/strong> All items shipped for the trade exhibition should be addressed to:<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n
Please note that exhibitors will be required to provide a detailed list of exhibition materials in advance to enable the PPA Secretariat to obtain the necessary tax clearances before the items are shipped to Fiji. We kindly request that this information be submitted well ahead of time to facilitate a smooth customs clearance and entry process. Any taxes, duties, or related charges incurred will be the responsibility of the Allied Member and must be reimbursed to the PPA Secretariat.<\/div>\n
