The Pohnpei Utilities Corporation (PUC) invites interested individuals/bidders to submit sealed bids/proposals for the survey of un-serviceable equipment on an “as is, where is “ basis.
Sealed bids shall be publically opened and read in the presence of the bidders on March 13, 2015, at 2 PM, in the Nanpohnmal Power Plant conference room, Pohnpei Utilities Corporation. Sealed bids submitted after 2 PM on March 13, 2015, shall not be accepted.
Interested bidders may obtain detail information on the following equipment, Special Condition of the Bid and Bid Form from PUC Power Plant Office located at Nanpohnmal Sokehs.
Equipment are as follows:
- Daihatsu Generator Model 12DS32 3 units
- Caterpillar Generator Model 3516 STD 2 units

The above un-serviceable equipment may be inspected starting March 02, 2015, until March 06, 2015, from 9 AM to 4 PM. You may contact the above address to arrange for an inspection.
Award.
The winning bidder shall be informed by Pohnpei Utilities Corporation through a Letter or Notice of Award. Any award not taken by the winning/highest bidder after five (5) days period shall be forfeited and made available to the second highest bidder.
Pohnpei Utilities Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects of informality of the bid receive, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Corporation.
