There are a total of 60 rooms set aside at the Holiday Inn for the PPA Conference delegates. Of these rooms, 30 have been block booked for the Active members and Engineers.

The Holiday Inn is set in 5 hectares of landscaped gardens, and offers a secure environment combined with international service standards and Papua New Guinea friendliness. Located in the heart of the Government district, access is via a modern four-lane highway 6 kilometers from the airport and a continuation of this highway a further 8 kilometers into the Port Area. Parliament, many government departments and embassies are situated close by as is the Port Moresby Golf Course.

Facilities include a Sports Club with four Squash Courts, outdoor swimming pool, two Tennis Courts, daily aerobics classes, cardio vascular training equipment, a volleyball court, a jogging track and a fully equipped weight room. PAYMENT: Unless prior credit facilities have been approved, full repayment is required in cash, bank check (cheque) or approved credit card only

CANCELLATION POLICY: For the Holiday Inn, cancellation is to be done 14 days out prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 14 days will be charged full 1 night cancellation fee.
Full charges will be made for all NO SHOW and bookings will be cancelled thereafter.

The resort accepts all major credit cards including; Visa, Master, American Express.
